Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai Ep 8-Cuteness: A Cold Heart's Weakness

The girls met the elderly lady from the previous episode and she could sense Sora was feeling unhappy over something. At the same time, Sawako (Not Sachiko as stated last week) showed Yuuta the agreement contract and she claimed he has broken the contract for not adding any new members in it.

Yuuta tried to find a new house when Raika spotted him.They sat down in a cafe and explained his situation. Raika volunteered to take care of the girls if it come to the last straw. That gave him some delusions over him and Raika. She brought him back to reality and promised to help him.

That night, the family was pondering on what to do and whether should they bring Hina to a day care centre. The next day, Yuuta make mistakes in his job but finally that night, Raika informed him that she found several houses for rent and both him and Sora went the next day.

Man, this is CREEPY!

They met Raika, Nimura and Sako who brought them to different houses but were not suitable as one is claimed to be haunted and another too small.

Back home, Sawako got the rent from Kurumi and Hina happened to be there to. Sawako found her cute but kept her cool. Hina called Sawako "Oba-san" which angered her (She is 29 years old) and it make Hina cried and dirtied her dress and Sawako's shirt.

After a day of house-searching, they couldn't find a suitable place but Yuuta thanks them. He decided to visit the landlord to give them more time. Meanwhile, Sawako and Hina were bathing together with Miu waiting outside.

Sawako asked Hina if she loved the current home and she agreed and she loved Yuuta and her sisters. Yuuta and Sora arrived at the landlord's house and the elderly lady they met was the real landlord and Sawako is her daughter.

Sawako's mother reprimanded her for being too direct and apologize for the matter. Hina defended Sawako claiming she is a good person. Yuuta and Sora begged for more time to move however Sawako gave in and want them to write the girls name in a new contract.

A few days later, Sora and Miu went off to their first day of school while Yuuta brought Hina to the day care centre. Sora felt happy holding the new card holder from Yuuta and Miu teased her. Yuuta went off to college as a new day begin for all of them...

I find that they solved problems and dilemmas in two episodes pace but it showed the efficient of Raika and friends plus with Hina's cuteness which no one can resist it. The house searching part was very fun to watch especially when Sako claimed he will take care of Miu and Hina and imagine him being a dog.

Of course, Raika have to beat him senseless after that. Sawako who used to be cold hearted which probably due to her not getting married and having kids. Even her mother teased her about it. Anyway, a new day begin for the family and from the next episode preview, Miu is getting a lot attention at school. Guess being a twin tailed blond loli has it's advantage...

Brave 10-The Ten Assembled!

Tokugawa was furious at Yukimura's humiliation on him. Date volunteered to catch him dead or alive and sortie with his men. Meanwhile, Saizo and company were on the run from Tokugawa's men which they cleared off easily with the help of Benmaru who also joined them.

Yukimura ordered Saizo and Yuki to scout ahead while the rest took a break. The pair found all the routes were blocked thanks to Date's ninjas. They reported to Yukimura and the only option is the beach nearby.

However Date has caught up with them and they fought their way to the beach. Date's ninjas ambushed them and Saizo took them on. The ninjas were no match for Saizo but the beach is surrounded by Date and Tokugawa's men.

Suddenly a ship appeared near shore and fire at the soldiers. Saizo realised it was Kakei helping them and they flee onto the ship.

As they sailed towards Ueda, Kakei introduced the captain of the ship, Nezu Jinpachi to them. Jinpachi is a pirate and he was promised by Kakei that he want a hot blond woman from him. Yukimura thank him for saving them. Jinpachi mistaken Yuki as a woman and took Isanami as a kid.

This angered Myoshi and tried to attack him. But Jinpachi shocked him with his electric gloves and Myoshi was knocked out cold. Jinpachi told them he will let them stay on board if they drink all the wine barrels on the ship.

Yukimura agreed and everyone were having a merry time. Saizo asked Kakei where did he went to and he explained that he heard Jinpachi have good firearms and went to find him. Jinpachi promised to give him if he drank all the wine (again!) and stay on board for free labor. In return, Kakei promised him a hot blond woman if they reach Ueda.

That night, Yukimaru and Jinpachi had a talk and Jinpachi loved his freedom in the sea. However Yukimaru managed to convince him that to join him which he finally agreed.

The next day, Jinpachi left ashore with his pet panther and Yukimaru and the others walked back to Ueda castle with all the ten braves assembled...

This episode has mixed feelings. First, the first half was excited when Saizo and company beating the crap out of Tokugawa's men and Saizo asked himself if being more human is better than being just a cold hearted killer.

Then it became a drinking session for everyone. (I am glad that this is not One Piece even though Jinpachi is voiced by the same seiyu who did Zoro) Which leave Yukimaru convicing Jinpachi to join him and everyone walked back to Ueda.

Anyway, the assemble was short-lived as seen in the next preview. Ana took against them and Saizo had to battle her. (Why, Ana?!)

Smile Precure Ep 4-Swift as the Wind, Cure March!

Miyuki tried the new decor which is a comb for Candy but lost track of time and quickly rushed to school. During recess, Miyuki, Akane and Yayoi were having their meal when two seniors told them to leave the shed claiming this is their regular spot.

Finally, a male character after 4 episodes!

Don't worry, Reika. You get to shine next week! (She has no lines this week.)

However Nao came in and told them the shed is everyone and shouldn't be claimed as one's own. Even the head of school council, Irie also agreed with her. The seniors left and Miyuki decided to ask Nao to be the fourth Precure.

The girls watch Nao having a soccer practice match and were amazed by her skills. Miyuki want to ask her the question but were overwhelmed by Nao's supporters. Nao has went home which left Miyuki disappointed.

Catching Candy..FAIL!

The next day, Miyuki decided to find Nao's home but got lost along the way. Nao came across her and she invited Miyuki to her house. There, Nao introduced her five siblings to her and she played with them. Candy was treated like a ball by Nao's siblings and decided to call Akane and Yayoi for help.

Team Baka Trio (Just for the amusement!)

Later, Akane and Yayoi joined the rest for a game of soccer however Aka Oni appeared and suck the Bad Energy from Nao and her siblings. The girls transformed to Precures which Aka Oni transformed a goal post into an Akanbe.

Triple Henshin!

Finally you hit something and it is Balls!

The Akanbe tried to attack Nao and her siblings with soccer balls which Cure Happy managed to destroy it with Happy Shower. However Cure Happy was caught by Akanbe's net and the others were powerless to stop it.

Aka Oni laughed as Bonds between friends and families are useless which Nao, being awakened argue back. She used a soccer ball to free Miyuki and tried to protect her siblings. Suddenly a ray of light surrounded Nao and she was given a Smile Pact.

Priceless expression!

Nao transformed to Cure March and try out her new powers. She can run very fast and accidentally crash into a wall without a scratch. Cure March was able to take on the Akanbe with ease. Candy told her to concentrate her spirit into her pact which activated her special attack-March Shoot and defeated the Akanbe.

Aka Oni retreated and a new butterfly decor was recovered from the Akanbe. Afterwards, Nao agreed to join Miyuki and the others as the new member of the team as Miyuki got hit by a soccer ball from Nao's siblings.

First, I like to apologise for waiting as two things cropped up. One is to get a decent raw to watch it and second was I was up all night playing Binary Domain for the PS3 which by the way is really good.

How about this episode? It's Inoue Marina doing what she do best. The tough and kind girl who is an idol to her female peers and love taking care of her family. (Future Housewife material, Yummy!) Like most cliches, Nao played the eldest of a large family and the responsibility of taking care of her siblings is rested on her shoulder. Why her parents have so many kids is really a question to ponder.

Cure March's transformation was fine expect the hairdo. Why the Green Cures has the worst hairdo? Cure Mint looks like a bad haircut while March has too much hair which they don't know how to tie up properly. March Shoot is a soccer kick with wind energy like Cure Rouge's Fire Strike which is typical for her character.

So finally the last Cure, Reika as Cure Beauty will join them and you can see in the preview, she won't have a two parter like Karen/Cure Aqua and the next general, the witch from Snow White (The red apple is a giveaway.) make her move.

I know that many of you have come by to my blog and read about Smile Precure which I am very grateful to all of you. The previous episode along has more than 1000 views in one day and it is my highest views for a day so far. For that I thank you!

Now you (the viewers!) decide if you want me to review Smile Precure on a regular basics. As I say before in my first post, I am not the expert on Precures. The reason I like it is because it is a female Sentai team and I am a big fan of Toku. Furthermore Precure has become a franchise that I love it despite people saying it to be a Sailormoon rip-off or it is for young girls. I think age shouldn't be a factor when watching such shows. Of course, the most important is to have a balance between fiction and reality.

If I am doing the review every week, nothing is going change based on my style of review. If I spot something trival or funny, I will point it out. But don't expect me to go over-analyse every details as it is still a kid's show and not some complex anime like Fate Zero or Madoka Magical.
