The Good: If you watch the movie Inside Out before, you might find similar moments of Ichika who is holding back her emotions when her mother returned. She tried to compose herself by smiling in front of her however her feelings were revealed when she failed in making a cake for her mother.
It was then Ichika realised that she missed her mother a lot and Satomi has to leave again the next day. (Though I wonder why such an organization have to be dependant of one doctor? If it is an overseas expedition to help rural areas, shouldn't there be a team of doctors on stand by instead?) Anyway, Ichika finally broke down in tears that she missed her mother so much that Satomi apologize for taking her for granted.
After that, the fight with Grave was just an add on but the insert song during the battle was pretty good. (Although it is wasted on this episode's battle which I hope we can hear it in a more epic moment in future episodes)
The Bad: Like I said, the battle was just an add on and serve no purpose in this episode.
However the last scene for a broken Bibury sulking in a corner was visited by Noir who granted her one last chance to take down the girls and I can't wait to see if it will ended.
Overall, a pretty all right episode for Ichika since her crystal ball has taken shape and in the next episode, the identify of the mysterious goddess who has been helping will be revealed and a new power up for the girls! Until then, see you in the next post!
