Go Princess Precure Ep 23 Top 4 Moments and Review: Together at last! The Four Princess!!

Gokigenyou! This is my review of Go Princess Precure episode 23 and is Towa ready to accept Haruka and her friends?

No 4: Lock take charge!

Dyspear was filled with rage after her plan failed to take back Towa. She decided to retreat to the forest of Despair and let Lock take charge. She also gave him a device which we later find out absorb negative energy from victims.

 

Furthermore, Lock used a special version of the Zetsuborg to increase the power of the Zetsuborg in this episode's battle. Although what is Lock's agenda since he revealed his true form as a grown man which I am already getting Bel's vibes from him and it is a not a good sign either.

No 3: The girls take Towa to town!

Haruka and the others decided to take Towa out to town for some fun. Towa looked lovely in that white dress which matched her red hair. We then had a montage of the girls bringing Towa to places to enjoy themselves.

Although they settle down to have some donuts (Love Puff's munching on a donut!) Towa wondered why the girls are taking it so easy since Dyspear is still alive and the Hope Kingdom is not freed yet. Haruka tried to explain further but Towa walked out of the shop.

I want a castle with three housemaids in it!

Although I am wondering why didn't anyone catch up to her since Towa later get into some trouble like walking in the middle of the road, trying to buy a castle from a real estate agent and trying to get a job in a grocery store.

No 2: Towa met Mochizuki and Cure Scarlet battle with Lock!

Towa was upset that she couldn't get what she want and was sulking to herself on a beach. She met Mochizuki and she brought her to have some food in a cafe. Towa started to feel better and smile at her which Mochizuki felt that Towa should stay positive since she is such a lovely girl.

Later Lock appeared and turned Mochizuki into a Zetsuborg. Towa transformed to Cure Scarlet and we get to see her other two powers-Scarlet Illusion and Scarlet Spark from the Hanabi key. But Lock make the Zetsuborg stronger with a special lock and started tauting Cure Scarlet claiming everyone she care about will be turned into Zetsuborg.

No 1: The 4 Princess Precure assembled!

Cure Scarlet started to lose focus after Lock taunted her but Cure Flora and the others arrived. Although the girls couldn't handle Lock and the Zetsuborg on their own but Cure Flora remained positive and gave Cure Scarlet a hug. She wanted Cure Scarlet to know good and bad things should be shared together with friends which she finally understand.

PRINCESS PRECURE!!!

Cure Scarlet apologised to everyone for her selfishness and together they shouted their roll call with Cure Scarlet (Finally!) With the four Precures together, they defeated the Zetsuborg and freed Mochizuki.

A while later, the four girls including Yui will called up by the headmaster of the school which none of them has seen her before. They were surprised that it was Mochizuki. She offered Towa a chance to study with the others and she took the offer with a smile...

So we finally come to the end of the Twilight/Cure Scarlet arc and it is a great arc despite how fast things move between Towa's relationship with Haruka. This episode is also similar to several Super Sentai series where the 6th ranger worked with the main team but couldn't get along until an event make him realised he finally understand and tag along with them.

I love the scenes with Towa wandering around the town on her own and it was funny that she asked the real estate agent that she wanted a real castle with three housemaids in it. But thanks to Mochizuki and Haruka who gave her words of encouragement, she understand that they meant her well and now she is getting a chance to lead a normal life with the others.

Lock is pretty interesting now after the last few episodes since Dyspear entrusted him to take charge while she rest in the forest of Despair. Lock tried to make Cure Scarlet lose her faith in the battle but was foiled by Cure Flora. Although Lock is sitting on Dyspear's throne and reveal his real grown form. What is his plan for the girls? I am pretty sure it will be something mean and despicable in the future.

Overall I gave this episode an A. Although not as epic as the last two episodes but a satisfied conclusion to the arc. The opening is slightly changed as Towa started the narration and instead of three princess, she said four princess in the narration.

What's up with Haruka and Yui's expressions?

Towa is also seen in the group shot wearing a school uniform as we see in the next episode, she is a room mate with Kirara. However both of them couldn't get along since Towa is upright while Kirara is happy go lucky. Can this two room mates get along before the next Zetsuborg battle? Untl then, see you next week for the next episode? Gokigenyou!

First Impress-Dragonball Super Ep 1: Nothing really happen...

Hello everyone! This is my review of Dragonball Super episode 1 and what do I think about it?

To be frank, this episode is a continuation after the Buu Saga. Six months has passed and Goku spend his days working as a farmer after a nagging Chi Chi claimed he has not earned any money since his death and revival.

The rest of the cast are going through peaceful times like Gohan and Videl getting married, Mr Satan convincing the media that Fat Buu is his student and Goten and Trunks on a little adventure looking for a present for Videl's wedding. Mr Satan even gave the reward money of 100 billion cash to Goku as a reward but for some reason, doesn't want anyone else to know about it.

The only interesting plot is that Beerus is going searching for good food and blow up a planet in half after the food they served was satisfactory which the Kai Oh Shin felt it...

What do I think for this opening episode? A filler to be honest. Even though we will be probably have Beerus as the main antagonist in the upcoming episodes, the whole episode felt like one of the filler episode during the original run of the show.

Although Goten and Trunks encountered a giant Anaconda during their adventure but there was no tension since they dealt with the Anaconda with ease. Gohan and Videl preparing for their wedding was boring even with Piccolo watching from afar.

Why Mr Satan want Goku to keep it a secret with regards of the reward money is a still a big question mark however I got a feeling it is really nothing big deal even if it is exposed. Goku even used the money to get himself away from Chi Chi and went straight to King Kai's planet for training. I was laughing myself when Master Roshi crashed into their house and wanted to use the reward money to buy some ecchi videos was priceless.

I am suggesting that this series is probably retelling the battle against Beerus and we know how that battle ended if you have watch Battle of Gods. But the opening also show a similar character like Beerus (only fatter) and maybe we might have a twist to the plot.

Overall, this episode didn't impress me much though there were some Dragonball humours but it will take a while before I will get into the show. Worse is that the next episode is about Vegeta and his family going to a resort for a holiday! You can imagine what will happen with a hot headed Prince of Saiyan going for a holiday! Go Princess Precure Ep 22 Top 5 Moments and Review: Flames of Hope! Cure Scarlet!!

Gokigenyou! This is my review of Go Princess Precure episode 22 and what happen to Towa after remembering who she is?

No 5: Towa and Haruka's roles reversed?

When Towa woke up in the dorm, she finally remember what has happened all these while and how Kanata was left behind to fend off Dyspear. By her side was the Princess Perfume and the three Dark keys.

Later, she walked alone in the forest and heard Haruka playing Kanata's violin piece at the hill. (Funny that Haruka saw her perform at the same place the first time they met and now their roles has been reversed with Towa being lost in her direction.) Haruka tried to get Towa to play with Kanata's violin however she was unsure of herself.

No 4: Go Princess Precure vs Dyspear!

Dyspear abducted Towa into a giant tree and used her "despair" to make her more powerful. The girls tried to save Towa but Dyspear created shadow creatures which kept re-spawning every time they took down the creatures.

Although there was good teamwork and real time special attacks for the battle but eventually they were overpowered. However Cure Flora is not giving up despite the odds.

No 3: Cure Flora and Towa's violin performance.

Cure Flora broke through Dyspear's defences and found Towa held inside a core. Cure Flora tried to convince Towa not to give up but she felt hopeless. However Cure Flora started playing the violin and told her "If you make a mistake, take one step at a time to correct it again" which is what Kanata used to say to her when they were young.

Towa finally took Kanata's violin and they performed together, destroying the tree and weakling Dyspear!

No 2: Dyspear's psychological attack on Towa.

Before the battle, Dyspear physically arrived on Earth and death followed everywhere she goes. She appeared in front of Haruka and Towa and tried to make her loss hope. Dyspear's face was very close to Towa and is very creepy when she talked in a low deep voice.

She finally weaken Towa and trapped her in a tree of despair. Using her despair as energy, she also petrified everyone at the dorms, leaving only the girls and the mascots to defend themselves.

No 1: Cure Scarlet rise from the Flames of Hope!

With Towa overcoming her despair, she confronted Dyspear but she fired at her, causing her to fall off the tree. Suddenly the Princess Perfume and the three Dark keys reacted to her feelings and she became Cure Scarlet!

Tiara on!!

Rise of the Phoenix!!!

Cure Scarlet was strong enough to overcome the shadow creatures and Kanata's violin became her new weapon-Scarlet Violin and her attack-Precure Phoenix Blaze drove Dyspear to retreat.

After the battle, Cure Scarlet told Cure Flora that Kanata is still alive as she could sense his feelings through the violin. The girls now have a new resolve to begin with...

If you think last week's episode was great then this episode is awesome! Very rarely the new Precure member has such an impact in their first appearance. (The last good one in my opinion was Setsuna/Cure Passion) Here is a redemption for Towa as she felt guilty for causing the Hope Kingdom and Kanata to fall under Dyspear's rule.

But Cure Flora who is the supporter in this episode gave words of wisdom to Towa about how one can make amends. Coincidentally her words are the exact same words Kanata spoke to her when they were young. So Kudos to Cure Flora for giving Towa the courage to move forward. (Although I am worried that the other two girls will end up being wallflowers since Haruka and Towa are pretty vital to the main plot)

I will said that Dyspear is probably one of the best Precure villains. The last time a villain who tried to attack a person's psyche with such creepiness is Joker from Smile Precure. After that, Doki Doki and Happiness Charge fall short of having great villains. (I am looking at you, Red!)

From her appearing on Earth in a physical form, she is already a Harbinger of Death since everything around her dies. Her taunting on Towa was so creepy that I was speechless when she had that evil smile and Towa scream out of fear. Sakakibara Yoshiko's performance of Dyspear is really good since she is known for playing manipulative characters like Haman Kann from Gundam ZZ and Nehelenia from Sailor Moon Super S.

Of course, we have to talk about Cure Scarlet which is Towa's alter ego! Originally I didn't like her design when she was introduced in magazines. But now it is sort of grown on as she remind me of a no-nonsense Milky Rose and Cure Moonlight. Furthermore her entrance speech and Mode Elegant is pretty badass thanks to Sawashiro Miyuki's performance. The violin BGM piece when she was fighting matched perfectly. (Need to find this music piece in the original soundtrack!)

Her attack-Precure Phoenix Blaze is pretty awesome that some comments in the Japanese forum claimed it is like the Gatchaman Fire Bird attack or Saint Seiya's Phoenix Ikki's attack-Ho Yoko Tensho. (Fire Bird Attacks are always cool to look at!)

Overall I gave this episode an A plus! Knowing that Kanata is still alive, the girls are more determined to defeat Dyspear. But first, they have to make Towa feel at home. However in the next episode, Towa has no idea how to live a normal life and wandered off in her own adventure. Can the girls make Towa part of the team while fending off another Zetsuborg attack?
