Winter Anime 2015 Preview: Strange, no Ero Game adapations? That's new...

Hello everyone! This is my preview for the upcoming Winter anime 2015 which begin this January! (Some of the series synopsis are taken from other sources)

Musaigen no Phantom World: In the near future, spirits and monsters are in full sight.
A boy leads a group of people with special abilities as they plot against a massive organization that takes advantage of a certain incident and eventually know the truth about their world in the process.

HaruChika-Haruta to Chika wa Seishun Suru: The original novels revolve around two high school students named Haruta and Chika, who are members of a wind instrument club that is on the verge of being shut down. The two are childhood friends, and they spend their days practicing hard while also trying to recruit new members. When a certain incident happens within their school, they work together to solve it.

Active Raid-Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Dai Hakkei: The story follows Unit 8 of the 5th Special Public Security Section's 3rd Mobile Assault Division also known as "The Eighth" who don powered armor "Willware" exoskeletons to counter the rise in crime.

Reikenzan: Hoshikuzu-tachi no Utage: A comet falling will bring about a great calamity, and in order to choose a child fated by the falling comet, the family of the "Reiken" clan with a long storied history is once again resuming its entrance examination process to find disciples.

Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri 2nd Season: Second cour covering the light novel's Flaming Dragon Arc.

Bubuki Buranki: When Azuma Ikki returns to Japan after 10 years, he was abducted by a group of armed men. Kogane Asabuki, a childhood friend, saves him with a weapon on her right hand known as Bubuki; a weapon with its own mind.

Luck & Logic: In Tetra Heaven,  a hundred years of war had come to a close. The gods who lost the war searched for a new place to live, and found it in Septpia, the human world, which they proceeded to attack.

Durarara!!×2 Ketsu: Final cour of "Durarara!!×2."

Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R: A remake series of the Magical Witch Komugi who is originally a character from Soul Taker.

Nijiiro Days: The series details the lives of four main characters named Natsuki, Tomoya, Keiichi, and Tsuyoshi. They spend their days trying to have fun by finishing their studies and debating about romance.

Dimension W: In the year 2071, the world's energy problems seem solved by a network of cross-dimensional electric-field inductors- "coils" -that extract energy from a seemingly infinite source. In this world, unofficial "illegal" coils harness powers that the police can't hope to counter. Dealing with these coils is the job of coil-hating repo man Kyoma, whose run-in with the unique coil android Mira leads the two to form a reluctant partnership.

Hai to Gensou no Grimgar: When Haruhito lose his memory when he is awaken. Around him there are several men and women who have the same circumstances.  Together, they advance forward away from the darkness, and a world they've never seen before called "Grimgar" spreads out before them.

Schwarzesmarken: The story follows the East German Army's 666th TSF Squadron in its battles and political conflicts during the BETA's westward push in 1983.

Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut: The story of the light novel series revolves around Lux, a former prince of an empire named Arcadia that was overthrown via a rebellion five years earlier. Lux accidentally trespasses in a female dormitory's bathing area, sees the kingdom's new princess Lisesharte naked, and incurs her wrath. Lisesharte then challenges Lux to a Drag-Ride duel.

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime 2nd Season: The continuting love story of Shirayuki, a commoner who has beautiful red hair and her romance with Prince Zen and the amount people objected their relationship...

Mahou Shoujo Nante Mou Ii Desu kara: The comedy follows Yuzuka Hanami, a young girl who has few friends but who can do anything. One day, Yuzuka gets accosted by a strange creature named Miton who is digging through a trash dump. Miton tells Yuzuka, "you have the makings of a magical girl" and seems extremely suspicious.

Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm: From the discovery of anti-gravitons came the dream invention of anti-graviton shoes ("grash") that let people fly the skies. They introduce people to a new realm by enabling flight with just one's own body strength, without feathers or engines. This led to the rise of the sport of "Flying Circus" (dogfight race).

Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo: Satou Kazuma, a hikikomori who likes games died in a traffic accident but when he woke up, a beautiful girl who called herself a goddess was in front of his eyes...

Ajin: Ajin are humans that cannot die. Seventeen years ago, they first appeared on a battlefield in Africa. From then on, more of their kind are discovered within the human society...

Mahou Tsukai Precure: The latest season of Precure which centered around Witches and Magic.

What are I am looking for the final cour of anime series of 2015? Not really much except Mahou Tsukai Precure which I will be doing the reviews when it come out in February. Akagami Shirayuki Hime which I did enjoyed the first season due to Hayami Saori's wonderful portrayal of a strong and courageous Snow White. Gate is another mixed bag as I have already read way further the 2nd season. (Trust me, the fight with the dragon was one of the most ridiculous battle ever and it is not really that interesting.)

Phantasy Star Online 2 look interesting although my only knowledge of the game was from Phantasy Star Nova on the PS Vita. Galko Chan looked like a sleeper hit but it is probably because of the amount of doujins based on Gyaruko Chan.

The rest of the shows I have to watch it to give my thoughts. But overall, I see you in this January for the new shows. Happy New Year 2016!

Go Princess Precure Ep 46 Top 3 Moments and Review: Snow Castle Defence!

Gokigenyou! This is my review of Go Princess Precure episode 46 and it is the Winter Holidays! (Screenshots are from 2ch)

No 3: Everyone! Let's build a Snow Castle!

The girls are telling each other of how they are going to spend the Winter holidays and Towa has her first experience of Winter Snow! The girls started making things out of snow when Towa decided to make a Snow Castle.

Yuki and the other Male students saw what the girls were doing and decided to help out. Soon, everyone from both the Male and Female dorms volunteered to help make the castle. With everyone's help, the castle was finally finished and Towa was touched by it's presence.

No 2: Shut vs Princess Precure!

Shut was wandering around town and losing his mind after his last defeat. He saw the Snow Castle and Towa (who was finding her gloves) and is filled with rage upon seeing both of them. He started attacking Towa and she transformed to defend herself.

The other girls joined in and managed to hold him at bay. He claimed he is the most beautiful but Cure Mermaid created a Ice pillar and reveal to Shut how ugly and evil he has become.

Suddenly Shut started loathing himself claiming that Dyspear, Close and Lock treated him like a nuisance and he can't get anything right and blamed Cure Scarlet for making his life miserable. Shut released his hatred and turned into a giant cat. (I think that is a cat)

No 1: Let me help you, Shut...

Despite Shut attacking ferociously at them, Cure Flora and Cure Scarlet decided to save him and with the power of Grand Printemps, Shut was defeated and turned back into his human form.

Cure Scarlet walked up to him and explained that Twilight was never her real self and she has now found friends and warmth after knowing who she really is. She offered her hand to Shut but he refused and walked alone in the snow.

The girls came back to the castle and saw Yui is busy supervising everyone in repairing the Snow Castle which they were glad about it. Shut was watching them from afar when Shamor and Kuroro gave him a neck warmer and he quietly took it without saying a word...

Hey kids, buy our toys!!!

As the girls began their holidays with their loved ones, the Flower Castle was shining at the Hope Kingdom...

This episode is all about closure between Towa and Shut. As seen in Shut's flashback, he fell head over tail when Towa as Twilight appeared before him. Since then, he tried his best to impress her however it failed when Towa regained her memories and became Cure Scarlet.

After that, Lock, Close and Dyspear treated him like a joke and humiliate him whenever the opportunity arises. After last week's episode when Shut failed in defeating the Precures for the last time, he became an empty shell. But when rage overcame his emotions after seeing Towa and the Snow Castle, that's when all bets are off and Shut finally snap and starting blaming everyone for humiliating him. (Shut is really a bully victim)

Shut turning into a giant cat was not as awesome like Crow and Lock since the girls are strong enough to overcome him. But what stand out unlike Lock who got turned back into Kuroro, Shut didn't became good after being purified by Grand Printemps and still have some hate against Cure Scarlet. He refused to accept her help and walked away. But when Shamour and Kuroro gave him a neck warmer, he quietly accepted it. Perhaps there is still some good inside Shut and all it need is just one more push for Shut to become good again.

The rest of the episode of everyone building the Snow castle was pretty fun especially seeing the side characters getting into the action. Of course, the girls finally spent some time with their loved ones-Haruka returned to help in her family restaurant, Minami and her family were at the North Pole looking at Penguins, Kirara spend some quality time with her overseas parents and Towa and Kanata spent Christmas with Nishikido.

Overall, I gave a B plus for this holiday episode! Not much on the girls but how much one person (In the case of Shut) can take so much abuse before hitting the breaking point and letting it out in one crazed frenzy. Let's hope that Shut will finally realise his mistake before the series ended.

With the final Flower Castle shining in the final shot, it is Haruka's arc in the next episode! A mysterious blue bird lured Haruka into a trap and the others were caught by Close's latest plan! Can Haruka break free of the spell before it is too late? Only four more episodes left before the finale! Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! See you in two week's time! Gokigenyou!
